The Rugby History Project Shop is powered by Printful, a print-on-demand company with warehouses all over the world. Using a print-on-demand company allows me to sell a variety of products in a wide range of sizes without having a huge inventory. I design all of my products myself with no generative AI.
Shipping
I offer flat-rate shipping globally.
United Kingdom (2-4 business days): £5 (free over £30)
USA, Canada, European Union, and Japan (2-6 business days): £8 (free over £60)
Rest of World (2-14 days): £10 (free over £100)
Returns and Refunds Policy
Overview
All physical products are produced and shipped by Printful, a print-on-demand company with global distribution. Using a print-on-demand service means I can offer a wide variety of products in extended sizes without having to deal with having a huge inventory. However, it also means I am slightly beholden to Printful’s terms and conditions.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if you receive the incorrect product, please let me know within 28 days at therugbyhistoryproject@gmail.com, quoting your order number and with a photo of the product you received. I will liaise with the printers for you and amend the issue.
Missing Orders
If 7 days have passed following your estimated delivery date, please let me know. Unfortunately, I will not be able to process claims made after 30 days from EDD.
Your Clothing Item Doesn’t Fit
All clothing products feature a sizing chart on the sales page. As the products are printed on demand, exchanging for a different size will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Changed your mind?
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind. All sales are final unless faulty due to them being custom/printed on demand.
